This section covers the data we process for our own purposes: website visitors, people who request a demonstration, prospects and business contacts, and users who access a customer account.
It does not cover the data our customers load into the Outline platform. When a customer connects its accounting, CRM, HR or product systems, that customer decides what data enters the platform and for what purpose. The customer is the data controller and Outline acts as a processor on its instructions. That processing is governed by the data processing agreement entered into with the customer, available on request.
